Poll: Evers, Baldwin lead

UNDATED (MetroSource-WSAU) - A new poll gives Tony Evers a narrow lead over Scott Walker. The Thomson-Reuters poll, conducted by the University of Virginia Center for Politics shows Evers leading 48-45 among likely voters. Among all registered voters Evers led by 1-point, 41-40.

The poll, conducted between October 12-18, oversampled Democrats by about four percent. The poll was conducted before last Friday’s debate and before President Trump’s visit to Mosinee on behalf of Walker.

The same poll showed Senator Tammy Baldwin leading Leah Vukmir, 54 percent to 39-percent.
