STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) -- Three people have been named in connection with the death of a Plover man in early January.
Sheriff's officials say 39-year-old Gary Mayek was reported missing on January 7th and found dead two days later. He was seen on January 5th with three other people at an area hotel.
Two of those individuals are in custody, identified as Matthew Zdzieblowski and Amber Weisnicht.
Jason Meisel remains at large. Officials say if you have any information on his location you are asked to contact them directly, and not confront him about the incident.
No further details about the incident were released, but officials have called Mayek's death "suspicious."
