STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU) -- A Stevens Point man will stand trial on charges that he stabbed two men after cutting in line to use the bathroom at Polito's Pizza.

Joseph Stalnaker was in a Portage County courtroom Monday where a judge found probable cause that a felony had been committed in the incident.

Stalnaker has previously entered a not guilty plea in the case.

He's accused of stabbing Kyle Holderman and Kurtis Johnson after Holderman tried to initiate a fight with Stalnaker for cutting the line to use the men's room. Holderman is said to have tried to separate the two, which resulted in him getting cut as well.

Holderman is facing charges of providing false information to the police as a result of the incident as well. He lied to authorities because he felt responsible for Johnson's injuries. The two men are roommates.

Arraignment in the case has been set for January 28th. Until then, Stalnaker is being held on $50,000 bond.
