TOWN OF PELICAN, WI (WSAU) -- Friday afternoon a Rhinelander man was arrested for trying to flee law enforcement during a traffic stop.
Shortly before 2:30 PM on Friday, November 2nd Joshua J. Meirhofer age 29 did not stop for law enforcement for a traffic stop.
When he stopped his vehicle on Old 8 Road in the town of Pelican, he was arrested with no further incident for Threats to a Law Enforcement Officer, Felony Fleeing, and Possession of Schedule II Narcotics.
The Wisconsin State Patrol and the DNR helped the Oneida County Deputies in the arrest.
