AFI has dropped a new track called "Trash Bat," which will appear on the band's forthcoming EP, The Missing Man . The song is available now for digital download.
In a statement, guitarist Jade Puget calls "Trash Bat" "the ideal song to kick off the EP," which also features the previously released single "Get Dark."
"I brought the song in and was playing it for [frontman] Davey [ Havok ] and he threw out the line, 'my Trash Bat' and I thought, how can you lose with a title like that?" Puget says. "What is a Trash Bat anyway? Who cares!"
The Missing Man EP arrives on December 7. It follows AFI's 2017 self-titled album, aka The Blood Album .
