WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A Tomahwak man has cut a plea deal with prosecutors to charges of attempting to meet a teenage girl for sex.

In exchange, three other charges of Attempting to Expose a Child to Harmful Material along with single charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime will be dismissed but read in.

Charges stem from an incident in Rib Mountain in which Wagner thought he was going to meet a 15-year-old girl he met through Facebook for sexual activities. Instead, officers from Marathon County met him and arrested him for sending the "girl" inappropriate videos and images. Officers also found condoms and lubricant inside the vehicle.
