HAMBURG, WI (WSAU-WAOW) -- A Marathon man is facing charges after biting another man's ear off during a fight back in October.
WAOW TV reports that 25 year old Antonio Fernandez Melgarejo was charged with mayhem, strangulation and battery back on December 13th.
The victim told authorities that when he got to his Village of Hamburg home on October 28th, the suspect attacked him, dragging him out of his car and choking him. In the altercation the victim said that Fernandez Melgarejo bit part of his ear off.
He faces more than 40 years in prison.
