WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A Wausau babysitter is set to be charged with homicide after being arrested for killing a 2-month-old baby.
Marissa Tietsort, age 28, will be formally charged with one count of 1st-degree intentional homicide on Friday afternoon according to Assistant District Attorney Molly Lawrence. Tietsort was in court today for a bail hearing where the court denied her appeal for a bond modification. Her hearing Friday will be at 2 pm.
Tietsort has been in jail since October when she was charged with child abuse for injuring an 11th-month-old girl. A week after those charges were filed Tietsort was named a suspect in the death of a 2-month-old boy who she also babysat.

Tietsort is currently pregnant with her 6th child while in custody. She has twice requested a bail modification as she doesn't believe she is getting sufficient prenatal care in the Marathon County Jail. In a letter, she wrote to Marathon County Judge Jill Falstad Tietsort said, "I'm not a threat to society or a monster, I'm a great mom and I love everybody."
Tietsort has been investigated for child abuse before the October charge. In 2010 her boyfriend filed a restraining order against her for abusing their two sons. Social service workers have also removed four of Tietsort's children from her care and were unaware she had given birth to a 5th child.
She is still being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
