MADISON, WI (MetroSource-WSAU) A new report says one in five high schoolers in Wisconsin have tried an electronic cigarette. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says back in 2014, just eight percent of students vaped. Now it's 20 percent.
Health managers are worried about the health effects of vaping, they say no one knows for sure what those clouds of vapor due to young people.
Vaping products cannot be used by those under 18 in Wisconsin. There is a growing concern that some of the flavors and vaping products are designed to appeal to underage users.
