MINOCQUA, WI (WSAU) -- A Minocqua wood products company is a total loss after a Friday night fire.
Officers were called to Minocqua Wood Products LLC on Highway 70 just before 10 PM Friday to find a secondary storage building fully engulfed in flames. The structure was deemed a total loss.
No one was injured in the incident and officers are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire. Fire crews from Minocqua and nearby Woodruff and Hazelhurst all responded to the scene along with the Minocqua and Woodruff Police Departments.
Minocqua Wood Products LLC manufactures home furnishings and products such as doors, flooring, and paneling using both new timber and reclaimed wood.
