BARRON, WI (MetroSource-WSAU) A man accused of burglarizing the Closs home in Barron while Jayme Closs was still missing is not competent to stand trial.

A judge agreed Wednesday with the doctor that found Kyle Jaenke-Annis not competent to stand trial on burglary charges. Authorities say he took things he didn't think people would miss, including clothing that belonged to Jayme.

He was observed by law enforcement entering the home through a patio door. He was identified because of images on a nearby trail-cam. Police said after his arrest that Jaenke-Annis was not a suspect in Jayme’s disappearance or the murder of her parents.

Jaenke-Annis will be put on medication and a judge will review the case in 90 days.
