WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A 25-year-old Wausau man is accused of his 4th OWI after he was observed driving his SUV along snowmobile trails in the Village of Brokaw this weekend.
Jonathan Salazan Santillan was arrested Sunday night after his Chevy Trailblazer was spotted driving on a snowmobile trail near 2nd Street and East Street. Officers were able to initiate a traffic stop after Santillan failed to stop at a stop sign.
He then failed a field sobriety test and was taken to the Marathon County Jail. Santillan is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
