WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A film documenting the Never Forgotten Honor Flight will be premiering in Wausau on Monday afternoon.
At 3 pm the documentary, "Honoring Our Freedom" will be screening at The Grand Theatre for the public. The documentary was made with former Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Gilbert Brown chronicling the 32 Honor Flight on May 21st, 2018.
Brown interviewed Veterans on the flight for the film, which includes learning about veterans personal contributions in World War 2 and Vietnam. The film will be screened at several locations across north central Wisconsin leading up to Veterans Day.
The screening at the Grand is the premiere of the film, which is free and open to the public.
