WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -- A Spencer woman entered a plea Wednesday to charges that she sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy multiple times.

Linda Habhegger was in Marathon County court to plead not guilty to three felony counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of Child.

The boy told police that Habhegger would occasionally watch him over the summer and that she considered herself to be a mother or aunt figure in his life.

According to the boy, the two had sex in a bedroom and then made pizza. She then told him the two wouldn't get in trouble.

A judge also modified her bond from $5,000 cash to $5,000 signature and ordered her to have no contact with the victim or his parents unless it is through an attorney. Additionally, she may not have contact with anyone under the age of 18, male or female, unless the visit is supervised by someone over the age of 25.

Habhegger will return to court on January 17th, 2019 for a status conference. She faces up to 120 years in prison if found guilty on all counts.
